Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve ensuring exceptional service delivery and implementing effective processes throughout the organization. You will also be expected to mentor team members, enhance patient experiences, and promote best practices across all levels, including the following:

  • Craft a comprehensive marketing communications strategy, outlining objectives, tactics, and budget considerations.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective patient referral sources to boost patient engagement.
  • Define and manage social media strategies and content to foster connections with both referring dental practices and patients.
  • Design and implement a referral marketing strategy, including optimizing and leading in-person outreach to existing and potential referring dental offices.
  • Identify and execute effective communication methods and promotional gifts for various dental practices based on revenue potential.
  • Oversee the procurement or creation of promotional items (e.g., gift baskets) for referring dental offices and coordinate in-office appreciation events.
  • Plan and execute referral-related events, such as luncheons with referring dentists and offsite appreciation gatherings.
  • Develop a local media relations strategy to secure prominent placements in regional print, broadcast, and online outlets.
  • Manage local digital media assets, including the organization’s website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate public relations activities as required.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and local market dynamics affecting patient flow, recommending marketing adjustments as necessary.
As an integral member of our team, you will also assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

You are a proactive marketing professional who thrives on building and nurturing relationships through various channels (in-person, digital, and print). You are motivated by the positive impact your work has on patient well-being. You possess a collaborative spirit and are adaptable to changing priorities, valuing the opportunity to make a significant difference.

Additional qualifications include:
  • 1+ years of experience in face-to-face marketing.
  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective local marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the dental industry is preferred; specialty dental experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in both B2C and B2B marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn.
