Insurance Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Agent Assistant to join our team at U Trust Insurance Agency LLC. As an Insurance Agent Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our licensed insurance agents in the sales process. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to licensed insurance agents in the sales process.
* Assist in processing insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
* Handle tasks related to IFTAs, MVRs, and Loss Runs.
* Prepare payment documents for insurance policies.
* Perform actions inside our policy management system, Applied Epic, such as adding clients or policy coverages.
* Collaborate with agents to handle client inquiries and policy-related requests.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy details.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative work is preferred.
* Knowledge about insurance is a plus, but not required. We are willing to provide comprehensive training for candidates starting from a zero level in insurance.
* Strong emphasis will be placed on soft skills, including excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a positive and friendly demeanor.
* Candidates should be proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and client interactions.
* Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language is required, as this position involves interacting with clients who speak these languages.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Work Schedule
The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, in our Vancouver, WA office.
Trial Period
The selected candidate will undergo a trial period of 2 months. During this time, we will assess your performance and suitability for the role.
