This position is part of the Events & Regional Publicity team, dedicated to delivering exceptional events that resonate with our employees. The focus will be on a diverse array of event types, from recruitment initiatives to team-building retreats, under the guidance of a Senior Manager in Corporate Events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
  • Oversee event logistics, collaborating with external partners and vendors.
  • Enhance team productivity by supporting and partnering with colleagues.
  • Manage communications related to corporate events effectively.
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile budgets while processing invoices accurately.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful setup and execution of all events.
  • Handle complex event tasks, including managing extensive guest lists and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct thorough research on vendors and venues to support the team’s sourcing efforts.
  • Provide general administrative support for various events as needed.

Qualifications:
