Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at WaFd Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
