Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the safety and well-being of staff within the operational area
  • Facilitate toolbox talks and morning briefing sessions
  • Diagnose equipment issues and provide guidance to technicians
  • Participate in field day meetings and ongoing training initiatives
  • Direct daily planning activities with the maintenance crew
  • Conduct safety inspections and uphold high cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

  • Background in a manufacturing leadership position
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and mechanical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in an engineering discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in crafting performance improvement strategies
  • Familiarity with Reliability tools and Predictive Maintenance practices
  • Prior supervisory experience in electrical maintenance within paper mill settings is advantageous

Compensation Overview:

  • Salary Range: $80,625 - $134,375 based on experience
  • Annual Short-Term Incentive Program Bonus linked to performance metrics
