Hotel Reception Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor at Colwen Hotels, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring that associates meet business expectations and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Front Office team to achieve goals and objectives while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
About the Job:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving guest complaints.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, including but not limited to, guest preferences, loyalty program information, and room inventory.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
