Guest Services Coordinator

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth at Colwen Hotels. This individual will oversee the front desk operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless execution of events and promotions. About the Role:
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, guest registration, and billing.
- Manage front desk staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve performance.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records, including guest preferences, loyalty program information, and room inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute events and promotions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of front desk operations and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
