About the Role

Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team. As a Palliative Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Initial consults, patient/family conferences, and follow-up on patients
  • Rotating weekend coverage
Requirements
  • BC/BE in Palliative Care with completion of Fellowship
  • Professional confidence, ethical focus, and inclusive, collaborative management style
  • Strong communication abilities, staff education, knowledge of resources for advanced illness and end-of-life care, compassionate counselor to patients and families
