Job Title: Security Onboarding Specialist

At Allied Universal, we are committed to providing a rewarding career experience for our employees. As a Security Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in setting the tone for our security professionals' experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for New Employee Orientation (NEO) daily, ensuring the classroom has the necessary tools for a seamless experience.
  • Proctor NEO, reviewing welcome kits, verifying Form I-9 documents, and administering drug tests.
  • Initiate onboarding documents via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and complete the employer section of Form I-9 documents.
  • Update iCIMS and ensure all required iForms are complete.
  • Advance new hires in WinTeam, updating required fields, entering compliance codes, and direct deposit information.
  • Ensure orientation is completed by new hires, including three lessons and a final exam.
  • Enter rehires into WT and update employee information in WT.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in a professional administrative environment.
  • Able to focus and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to successfully handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Effective management skills, coordinating with multiple employees with diverse personalities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management technology.
