This is a key leadership role, requiring a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As HRIS Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining our HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and management of HRIS systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Develop and lead technical solutions, balancing business needs and technical requirements.
  • Manage the enhancement process, identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Provide system training to users, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Research and design standardized reports, utilizing appropriate tools and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience managing an HRIS, including implementing system upgrades, customizations, and enhancements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results.
