Role Summary
The People Operations Generalist plays a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and record management. This role involves partnering with managers to manage full-cycle recruiting, supporting HR programs to foster a positive workplace culture, and maintaining organized, compliant record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

• Support HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

• Maintain secure and organized record systems to meet compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years in HR or similar role.

• Strong understanding of employment laws, HRIS proficiency, and excellent organizational skills.

Compensation

• Salary: $78,000 - $85,000

• Location: On-site in Concord, CA
