Job Summary

The Test Driver is responsible for performing various driving services on vehicles per shift according to customers specifications, following the direction of Lead Driver and/or Project Coordinator. This role represents Kett in a professional manner and requires a reliable, technically savvy individual with a general knowledge of how automobiles work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote overall team effort.
  • Focus on meeting and exceeding Kett and customer expectations.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Kett and customer policies and procedures and Kett's Vision and Values.
  • Ability to complete concise and accurate documentation.
  • Promote safety awareness and assure compliance with all safety practices.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of licensed driving experience and a current operator's license.
  • A clean driving record with no points, moving violations, or at-fault accidents.
  • No alcohol-related violations.
  • Ability to drive in inclement weather.
  • Ability to drive up to 3 hours between breaks.

Pay and Schedule

Pay is $16.50/hr. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 4:00 am - 12:30 pm or 2:30 am.
