Overview:
Conduct visual inspections, assemble, and package products according to client specifications. Responsible for loading, unloading, and relocating materials within the facility by executing the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to all safety regulations, plans, policies, and expectations.
2. Uphold quality standards set for the assembly and/or packaging of products.
3. Operate efficiently to meet established production goals.
4. Follow operational instructions and ISO standards.
5. Utilize hoists and material handling equipment as needed to manage products.
6. Interpret work orders or follow verbal instructions to determine materials or containers to be handled.
7. Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves as required.
8. Affix identifying tags or labels to materials.
9. Prepare materials for safe shipment by loading them into vehicles.
10. Transport materials to and from storage and work areas as necessary.
11. Maintain accurate records of counts, weights, and material receipts and movements through computer entry.
12. Ensure consistent and reliable attendance.
13. Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with the possibility of occasional overtime.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
At least one year of experience in an industrial setting.

Physical Requirements:


The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be fulfilled by an employee to effectively perform the essential functions of this position.

1. Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
2. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision and depth perception.
3. Frequently reach with hands and arms to handle or feel materials.
4. Regularly required to stand and walk.
5. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Compensation:
$23.07 per hour, based on experience.
