About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Whirlpool Corporation in Marion, OH. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, assembling and installing parts with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment
  • Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products, etc.
  • Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
  • Ensure the product is handled in a safe and quality-focused manner
  • Safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment
  • Continuously stand or walk (up to 10 hours per day)
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 35-50 lbs frequently
  • Work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required for temp to hire consideration
  • Prior warehouse experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
