Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at AppleOne. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and management on personnel policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including open enrollments, changes, and training.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications regarding employee status changes, benefits, and company policies.
  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation programs.
  • Develop and maintain talent management processes to drive business success.
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Identify current and future staffing needs to inform business decisions.
  • Process complaints regarding workplace harassment and assist in investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably with HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
