Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) will join our sales team and contribute the goal of the company. Will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales executive, as well provide, and contribute to the Sales Process. The CSR must be goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices, exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Work experience minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or related experience
• Problem Solving, ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions to customer problems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics, the candidate will be evaluated by KPI’s
• Excellent written and verbal communication (Spanish and English)
• Polite and effective telephone communication skills for handling customer calls.
