Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, assisting with paperwork, maintaining the sign-in sheet, and ensuring the overall appearance of the front office.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and assist with paperwork
- Maintain the sign-in sheet and ensure the accuracy of patient demographics
- Enter charges into the system and collect co-payments as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional patient care
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Customer service experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Computer skills
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts and weekends
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in a patient services representative position
