Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Management Analyst to provide specialized financial analysis, accounting, and business services to support business operations in support of the CPS Program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and support to business operations
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Support the development of business strategies and plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in financial management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with Navy financial management systems (e.g. ERP, NEPS)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
