Position Overview: We are seeking an Operations Planning Associate Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, with opportunities to work remotely while collaborating closely with our corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Ensure all plants and co-packers maintain accurate BOMs in accordance with our operational standards.
- Audit Process Development: Create and implement a systematic approach to audit BOMs for precision and uniformity.
- Obsolete Inventory Oversight: Maintain comprehensive records for potential obsolete write-offs and manage the database effectively.
- Project Management Participation: Serve as the Operations Planning representative on various project teams, providing insights on project feasibility and operational impacts.
- Production Change Control: Actively participate in weekly meetings to represent the interests of Operations Planning and communicate necessary changes.
- Operational Reporting: Assist in preparing strategic planning materials and maintain accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations planning or supply chain management.
- Proficient in SAP and other relevant software tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of training and documenting processes effectively.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
