Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:
CATABUS is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our public transit system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains a valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement
Supervises transit system operators and plans their work and performance
Ensures compliance with safety rules, government regulations, and union contract
Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and offers solutions
Assists with accidents/incidents and completes initial investigations
Maintains safe and efficient service to patrons
Requirements:
Class B CDL with passenger endorsement
2+ years of experience in transportation management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
