Join Our Team as a Home Health Care Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Bucks County area.

About the Role
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document client progress, observations, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience as a licensed RN.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
