Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and quality of life
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Accurately document client progress and care provided
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
