Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with our clients who require speech, language, communication, or swallowing therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
  • Provide education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Equivalent educational requirements and work experience necessary for certification.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
