Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer/Marketing Coordinator to join our team at 347 Group, Inc. in the Placer County Area. This role requires a creative writer who will support our marketing department in developing engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the creation of marketing content for proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare marketing content for proposals by researching and gathering information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
  • Determine proposal concepts by analyzing opportunities and needs, studying RFPs, and attending strategy meetings.
  • Meet proposal deadlines by prioritizing tasks and managing timelines.
  • Enter and track marketing data.
  • Coordinate with contributors and provide proposal status updates.
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources and communicating risks.
  • Develop proposal content by assembling information on project nature, objectives, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, and evaluation.
  • Oversee the writing, quality control, and editing of drafts, including executive summaries and organization credentials.
  • Prepare creative presentations by evaluating text, graphics, and binding.
  • Maintain quality results by using templates and following proposal-writing standards.
  • Obtain approvals by reviewing proposals with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience with In-design software.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional graphic layout design skills.
  • Technical documentation and strategic planning ability.
  • Problem-solving skills, with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Deadline-oriented.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in proposal writing, preferably in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry.
