Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, while also building a business for yourself.

About the Role

This is a home-based sales position that offers a lucrative commission structure and the opportunity to work with a proven sales system. You will be trained using a team of mentors and a lead generation system that doesn't require cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Build relationships with clients and identify their needs
  • Present and sell insurance products to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
