This role is vital for ensuring the precision, integrity, and availability of law enforcement documentation while adhering to both state and federal guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: Act as the main point of contact with the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), guaranteeing adherence to audit standards and accurate state reporting. Manage suspense files and provide training to staff on BCA reporting procedures and error resolution.


Records Management Operations: Supervise the daily functions of law enforcement records management systems, which includes user access control, staff training, and process enhancement. Drive system efficiencies and ensure the accuracy of data.


Crime Data Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports, supply law enforcement data, and maintain an understanding of the Government Data Practices Act.
