Overview

Petroplan, a trusted global talent solutions partner, is seeking an experienced IT Controls and Compliance Analyst to support our client's projects and initiatives in the Energy Industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and operating the IT Controls and Compliance program, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update IT Controls and Compliance plans and procedures
  • Document and implement IT Controls and Compliance program
  • Understand and document key IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, and Legal policies and procedures
  • Support strategic compliance projects, process building, and improvement initiatives
  • Perform risk and compliance assessments, develop testing and audit programs
  • Assist with processes and controls over applications and systems
  • Support other special projects and compliance initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Compliance and IT Controls
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent work experience in Information Management
  • Working knowledge of key IT and Information Management Compliance and IT Controls workflows
  • Oil and gas/ energy experience a plus
