Job Summary

This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate
  • Clearly communicate caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail services
  • Assist with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
Requirements
  • Friendly and inviting phone presence
  • Positive attitude
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Previous experience working in luxury retail preferred
  • Automotive experience preferred
