Job Summary

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with educators to provide support in the classroom and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a teaching assistant in the Education Department, providing support to students in the classroom and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Supervise students in the absence of the classroom teacher, taking attendance, monitoring behavior, and ensuring that students complete assignments left by the teacher.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, providing regular feedback to teachers and administrators.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
