Work Environment:
This is a remote position requiring regular travel to local job sites. Candidates must be based in specific states.

Compensation Package:
The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $17, with additional commission opportunities for each dispenser installed. Travel time is compensated at $14 per hour, and a per diem of $40 is provided for daily expenses.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers and Senior Field Trainers in implementing project plans and ensuring effective installations.
  • Analyze job summaries and scopes of work.
  • Travel frequently to various job sites for installations.
  • Oversee on-site installations and address any challenges that arise.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and nightly reports.

Client Relations and Sales:

  • Deliver a positive first impression and strive to exceed client expectations.
  • Represent the company positively through professional conduct and communication.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized installation area.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
