The Hoplite Group seeks a part-time Cyber Strategy and Policy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) for a partner nation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing long-term cyber strategies that align with organizational security objectives. Your expertise in strategic planning, policy development, and technical expertise will be invaluable in creating a partner nation Cyber ICB approach and engagement plan.

Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive partner nation Cyber ICB approach and engagement plan.
- Create engaging content for virtual and in-person ICB activities.
- Facilitate ICB engagements and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders.

Requirements
- Strong background in strategic planning, policy development, and technical expertise in cybersecurity.
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop well-informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with international relations, military operations, law enforcement, and intelligence gathering as they pertain to cybersecurity.
- U.S. Citizen with DoD Secret Clearance.
