  • Diagnose and rectify issues in vehicles entering the shop
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and brakes
  • Prepare repair estimates and timelines, communicating information to clients in an understandable manner
  • Maintain precise records and documentation for the repair shop
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Completion of an automotive service technician training program or an associate degree is preferred
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) certification is advantageous
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
