About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team as a Technical Service Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining guest vehicles, as well as overseeing the efficient operation of our service bays. As a Technical Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance your career through our comprehensive training program.
Responsibilities- Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, and other automotive repairs and maintenance
- Oversee and audit courtesy automotive inspections and services
- Train teammates and perform work identified during audits
- Secure guest approval for repairs and maintain a clean work area
- Complete automotive inspections and perform repairs and maintenance
- Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck safely
- High school or GED equivalent
- 4+ years of automotive technician experience or a combination of technical school certificate/degree and experience
- 2+ ASE automotive certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs
