Warranty Claims Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Interstate Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and seeking corrections of warranty paperwork from multiple repair facilities, ensuring that all aspects of warranty claims adhere to manufacturers audit requirements, and following policy and procedure guidelines set forth by vendors and Interstate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and seek corrections of warranty paperwork from multiple repair facilities
• Ensure that all aspects of warranty claims adhere to manufacturers audit requirements
• Follow policy and procedure guidelines set forth by vendors and Interstate
• Create and monitor warranty claims on multiple vendor sites
• Balance out weekly credit memos
• Create and monitor warranty parts returns
• Assist with warranty claims at branch level and work with warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Possess strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box
• 3 Years of Truck or Automotive Service Writing or Warranty claim Experience Required
