As Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and directing staff to provide reliable maintenance services and contribute to the company's profitability through process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Presenting a professional image to customers and taking a proactive approach to supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health.
  • Collaborating with the facility's Administrator and other Ohio facilities to provide technical input and guidance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Prior work experience in a related field plus at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
