Job Description

Lion Windows And Doors is a leading provider of windows and doors solutions in Southern California. We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and installation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure seamless data management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote products.
  • Perform various office tasks, such as answering phones, preparing documents, and managing supplies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
