Job Title: Market Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Sales Leader to join our Campbell Snacks Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and engagement with our Independent DSD Partners (IDPs) in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IDPs, retail store management, and key customer decision makers.
  • Collaborate with the Zone Sales Manager to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Provide sales and service support to IDPs, including regular engagement and communication.
  • Conduct store visits to identify service strengths and opportunities, and develop plans to address them.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, service, and merchandising information.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
