Job Description

The Corporate Ethics Lead is a senior role responsible for supporting the director of the Ethics and Business Conduct function at Disability Solutions. In the director's absence, they will act as the interim director and engage with employees at all levels within the organization.

The primary objectives of this position include preventing and detecting misconduct, as well as promoting an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and compliance with the law. The manager will handle activities related to "detection," while the director will focus on prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Engage with employees who contact the ethics office and conduct timely investigations of misconduct. Analyze data from the ethics database and other sources to develop insights and propose strategies to minimize specific behaviors and reduce ethics risks.
  • Investigation Support and Guidance: Provide direction, support, and guidance for investigations conducted by local ethics officers.
  • Employee Engagement and Training: Develop a plan to increase employee utilization of ethics resources and promote a culture of speaking up about concerns.
Requirements

This position requires excellent people skills, including active listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving. The successful candidate must have a track record of good judgment under pressure and be able to demonstrate confidence and humility.

The ideal candidate should be able to partner and collaborate with other functional areas and possess skills corresponding to those of an investigator, such as curiosity, objectivity, critical thinking, and courage.

Full-time salary range: $113,080 - $192,280. Please note that this range is based on market pay structures, and individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
