Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures
  • Maintain a healthy team culture by engaging in team conversations, supporting team members, and offering help where needed
  • Demonstrate integrity in all interactions with team members, office staff, and homeowners
  • Meet set goals as outlined by management
  • Maintain a safe and productive environment in both the office and the field
  • Ensure all necessary equipment is available daily
  • Maintain uniform and hygiene requirements
  • Keep the Canvassing work area clean, including the company vehicle while in use
  • Utilize continuous improvement and training opportunities
  • Engage in training methods like role playing activities to improve interactions with homeowners
  • Utilize performance management tools and processes offered by RBA Sacramento
  • Meet attendance and performance expectations
  • Provide Signature Service in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards
  • Perform any other related duties assigned

Requirements:

  • 6 months of canvassing, sales, or marketing experience
  • Highly organized and intrinsically motivated
  • Proven ability to set and achieve daily goals
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Personable demeanor and friendly attitude
  • Ability to develop rapport with the team and prospective homeowners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tendency to embrace challenge with a resilient mindset
  • Possession of a valid and active driver's license with an insurable driving record per company standards

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $21/hr
  • Eligibility for demo bonuses
  • Commission on sales per the Direct Marketing Agent Compensation Agreement
