We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become a part of our dedicated team at our Senior Living Cooperative community. This role involves overseeing preventative maintenance initiatives, conducting repairs on building systems and equipment, and ensuring the upkeep of outdoor areas. No boiler's license is necessary. The maintenance schedule includes:

80 hours biweekly Full-time, daytime hours; 7 AM - 3:30 PM No weekend shifts; On Call for urgent maintenance issues Eligible for benefits: (Paid Time Off, Retirement plans, medical, Dental, Wellness reimbursement program, Early Wage Access)
