About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the program director and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, business administration)
- 1-2 years of experience working in a similar setting (e.g., non-profit, healthcare)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
