Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled and innovative Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen. This position entails managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including procurement of ingredients, food preparation, upholding quality standards, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, recruiting staff, and assessing employee performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience, creativity, and the ability to effectively assign tasks to kitchen personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Equip the kitchen with essential tools and appliances
  • Prepare and present dishes in an attractive manner
  • Oversee and allocate tasks to kitchen staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Culinary Operations Manager, Assistant Culinary Manager, or Senior Line Cook
  • Culinary school certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification
  • Ability to maintain composure and perform well under pressure
  • Exceptional time management abilities
  • Strong leadership qualities
