Key Responsibilities
  • Perform calibrations on a variety of equipment, including pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow meters, and vibration sensors.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
  • Enter data into our INFO system and build spreadsheets to track calibration and equipment reliability.
  • Schedule calibrations according to manufacturer recommendations and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain calibration SOPs and update as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the INFO administrator to establish Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience, plus secondary education with an emphasis on electrical/mechanical fields.
  • 1-3 years of maintenance, electrical, and electronics experience in an industrial facility, preferably in a food/dairy or beverage production/manufacturing environment.
