We are seeking a skilled Calibration Field Service Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers in the New Jersey area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calibration and measurement, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine and complex calibration work on test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of calibration services
  • Collaborating with lab supervisors to ensure all requirements are met and quality management system policies are adhered to
  • Participating in FBS implementation, including daily scheduling improvements, visual management improvements, and kaizen participation

Requirements include:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to travel for personal skill enhancement and training, as well as to fully support customer calibration requirements
