Job Title: RN

Go McPherson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department/Trauma Care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document patient concerns, findings, and actions, implementing an appropriate plan of care related to patient's diagnosis for continuity of care.
  • Continuously assess patient's condition, monitoring changes in status, physical findings, vital signs, and coping skills to ensure appropriate care is given related to patient needs.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of care and procedures for the emergency and trauma patient, including an understanding of facility policies, and state and federal laws to provide optimal care for the patient.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Current RN license in the state of Kansas is required.
  • Hospital experience in ER is mandatory.
  • Education repayment loan may be possible.
