Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WiFi networking and experience with large-scale WiFi solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate new product introductions and deploy new WiFi software release packages.
  • Provide technical guidance for high-priority defects identified in testing environments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to keep the roadmap aligned and on track.

Requirements:

  • Significant WiFi and network engineering background.
  • Industry WiFi certifications preferred.
  • Experience with network engineering (CCNA level), IPv4, IPv6, NAT, DHCP, packet captures, systems administration, Linux, virtualization (VMWare vSphere 6/7), WiFi architecture, and deep understanding of WiFi protocols.
  • Familiarity with Cisco WLC, Cisco 9800 (XR), Meraki, Mist, and/or Ruckus (at least deep knowledge of one vendor).
  • Ability to proficiently document architectural designs involving WiFi and network engineering concepts.
  • Understanding of AP call home process (controller or cloud discovery features based on DHCP, DNS, etc).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with at least one wireless device vendor (Ruckus, Cisco, or Aruba).
