About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Leader to join our team at WEX. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software applications using modern technologies and design patterns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets requirements and is scalable, consistent, and supportable.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing tools to ensure high unit test coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and design.
  • Estimate and prioritize project requests to ensure efficient delivery of software projects.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of software development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals and process.
  • Expert-level experience with automated testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of modern technologies and design patterns.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
