Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly growing company that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager in Training to join our team. As a Store Manager in Training, you will be responsible for performing as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts, supervising and training team members, and leading new hourly staff onboarding and initial training. You will also be responsible for conducting initial interviews for potential new hires, supporting the Store Ops Manager with ordering and inventory control, and holding staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for upselling and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store, prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff, and prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience. The candidate must also be able to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System, and be able to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week. We offer a competitive hourly compensation, eligibility for an end of period store bonus, excellent comprehensive benefits, a $25.00 monthly cellphone stipend, pet insurance, 10 days of paid vacation, and 2 paid Insomnia Personal Days of Wellness.
