Role Responsibilities
The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Director of Nursing with the provision of effective and efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and enhancing patient, family, and employee satisfaction.
Key Duties Include:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing.
- Leading, guiding, and directing the clinical operations of the nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to Crestview policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitating the execution of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating communication with other departments.
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing staff levels for safe, continuous nursing care while minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage.
- Participating in staff recruitment, orientation for new hires, and making recommendations regarding employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. * Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State Board of Nursing. * Minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred. * At least two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred. * One year in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
