Blood Collection Team Supervisor

As a Blood Collection Team Supervisor with the American Red Cross, you will play a critical role in leading our blood collection team to deliver exceptional donor experiences. Your leadership, compassion, and customer service skills will drive results and serve others with a high level of respect for our staff and donors.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train blood collection staff at our Donor Center
- Drive for results and deliver exceptional customer service
- Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the value of their donation
- Contribute to a friendly and fun environment, teaming up with coworkers to keep donors coming back
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current, valid driver's license with good driving record may be required
- Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy weights, good manual dexterity, and ability to sit or stand for long periods
